We hope you love your Slepton products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in reasonable condition and with the original packaging where possible.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@getslepton.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@getslepton.com. Where possible, please include photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
